Canacre’s clients include developers, large scale service providers, and government entities that are involved in the planning and development of energy projects, rights of way, resources, and infrastructure across Canada and the United States. Canacre works on large-scale wind and solar power projects, high-voltage transmission lines, pipeline projects, municipal roads projects, and groupings of cellular towers and rooftop antennas.

The Salesforce Administrator will support business operations by maintaining and improving our Salesforce environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and efficient workflows. The Salesforce Administrator will utilize Salesforce for relevant reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support day-to-day administration, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes.
  • Assist in user setup, role assignments and permission management.
  • Maintain data integrity through imports, exports, and deduplication efforts.
  • Create and modify reports, dashboards, and list views for different departments.
  • Assist in configuring and automating workflows using Salesforce Flow.
  • Provide training and technical support to end users to enhance adoption.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and suggest system improvements.
  • Maintain account records including contact information for relevant leads.
  • Support Proposals team on new account set up and lead tracking.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and upcoming features to support business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 

Education
  • Post-secondary education in Business or relevant field is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience using Salesforce.
  • Professional experience using Power BI is considered an asset.
  • Professional experience with reports, dashboards, and data management tools would be considered an asset.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, objects, and security settings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team.
  • Curious, active learner who likes to take on challenges and learn new things.
  • Customer-centric mentality with the desire to continuously improve processes and deliverables for both internal and external partners.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified (ADM-201) preferred.
